 Simon Cowell has reportedly told Cheryl Cole to stay away from estranged husband Ashley. The ‘Fight For This Love’ singer apparently agreed to meet the Chelsea footballer this week after a barrage of texts. However, a source told the Sunday Mirror that Cowell said: “It’s time to think of yourself, kiddo. He’s had enough chances.” The media mogul allegedly added: “You need to get out of this situation.  X Factor judge Cheryl Cole is being tipped for a dazzling career after announcing that she is splitting from Ashley, her footballer husband who has reportedly cheated on her with a string of women. The 26-year-old has already earned £1.2 million from the last series of The X Factor, a deal as the face of L’Oreal hair products is reported to be worth £500,000, and she has banked several million from her career with Girls Aloud. Now, according to friends, she is seriously considering taking up Simon Cowell’s offer to become a judge on the planned US version of the reality singing show and is said to have already looked at a £1.2m villa in the Hollywood Hills. The music mogul is reported to have contacted the brokenhearted Geordie to offer his support and put his home in Los Angeles at her disposal. Having previously harboured hopes of starting a family, her recently-announced separation from her husband leaves her free of ties – with the exception of her mother Joan, 49, and her two beloved Chihuahuas, Buster and Coco.

 A 22-year-old man was handed an eviction notice after repeatedly blaring out songs by Cheryl Cole on his stereo, a council said today. Martin Bramwell was ordered to leave his first-floor council flat after he tormented neighbours in Ladybrook Lane, Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, by playing the 26-year-old singer’s hits until 4am. Mansfield District Council said yesterday’s eviction notice, which was served at the town’s County Court, came after one neighbour had to stay with a friend because the noise was so unbearable. Councillor Danny McCrossan, in charge of public protection at the authority, said: “Justice has been done. No-one should have to face this type of anti-social behaviour.” Man! He was just spreading his Chezza love!

 The bond between the bandmates of Girls Aloud was clear for all to see this week. Instead of going ahead with her scheduled appearance at Wednesday’s NME awards, flame-haired Nicola Roberts spent the evening with newly-separated Cheryl Cole. Nicola was spotted leaving Cheryl’s Surrey home – where the X Factor judge has been since returning from LA on Tuesday – in the early hours of the morning. Fellow bandmate Kimberly Walsh is also said to have rushed to be with Cheryl at her mansion. “They are the first friends who have been allowed past the gates,” a source tells the Daily Mirror. “Cheryl values their friendship and wanted to see them for a heart-to-heart. They have always been there for each other and have provided a shoulder to cry on when needed. Cheryl just wanted a girls’ night in with people she trusts.” A spokesperson for the band said the girls are supporting their pal in private but will not be making an official statement.
