Cheryl has revealed that Girls Aloud will release at least three more albums.
The singer, who today performed an acoustic version of her new single, ‘Parachute’ on Radio 1’s Live Lounge, said the band signed a deal before they went on hiatus.
She said: “We did sign a three album record deal just before we all did our own thing.
“The last time we did anything together was when we supported Coldplay at Wembley, which was only September, so it hasn’t even been a year. We haven’t really spoken about anything yet.
“There are three albums just sitting there waiting to do – it just hasn’t been put into place yet.”
