Fraser Ross has confirmed rumours that his Los Angeles boutique is in talks with Cheryl about a fashion collaboration.
If the negotiations reach a successful conclusion, Kitson would sell a line designed by the X Factor judge – something which could make her a household name in the US.
Ross, who helped to launch Victoria’s dVb fashion brand, told Now there is plenty of room for a “stylish, elegant, beautiful woman” like Cheryl on the US fashion scene.
The fashion supremo added: “Cheryl comes across as a team player, very likeable and professional.
“Would she be a bigger star over here than Victoria? I’m sure she would. She’s down to earth and likeable.”
The Daily Star previously suggested Cheryl would do far more than simply lend her name to a fashion line to be sold by Kitson.
She is also likely to design the range herself, as well as modelling the clothes in a high-profile advertising campaign for the store.
