 Cheryl Cole allegedly stands to receive a divorce payout of around £4.5million from footballing husband Ashley, a report has claimed. Sources told a tabloid newspaper that the Girls Aloud beauty will get the massive settlement from the Chelsea star when she is granted a quickie divorce. Cheryl has previously claimed that she did not want a penny from Ashley but sources close to the England star told The Sun that he expects to hand over at least £4million in the settlement. A source told the newspaper: “He can’t believe she will walk away with nothing. “She worked as hard as him for their possessions.” Ashley was reportedly looking glum as he trained with the England team in Rustenburg, South Africa.

 Cheryl Cole was reportedly pressured by the media into announcing her plans to divorce her husband Ashley. The 26-year-old singer, who confirmed her official split from the footballer last week, apparently sent a text to her Girls Aloud bandmates thanking them for their support. According to Now, the message said: “I’ve finally done it – I’ve filed for divorce. I’m OK, though, so please don’t worry about me. I just wanted to say thanks so much for standing by me.” Meanwhile, a source also claimed: “Cheryl’s been weighing things up for ages. She still has feelings for Ashley but she feels strong enough to start again on her own now. “If she could’ve waited until after the World Cup she would’ve, but she felt under pressure to sort things out as soon as possible. “The reason she texted the girls is she thought they deserved to know before the story broke. After all, they’ve been there for her through thick and thin.”

 Cheryl Cole is fed up with the amount of speculation surrounding her personal life and is desperate to trash ridiculous claims. ‘There’s so many rumours out there, honestly!’ says Cheryl, 26. ‘This is when I wish I had Twitter, when I just want to go nuts on it and go: “That’s not true, that’s not true, that’s not true.”‘ Chezza now deals with the pressure of being the nation’s sweetheart by ignoring wild stories about her life. ‘As soon as I stopped reading the stuff and cut it out of my head, I could deal with everything more,’ she admits. ‘I can’t listen to everyone, because everyone is gonna have an opposite opinion. ‘You get to that place where you know yourself and you start to listen to yourself.’ Chez just get one!
