Elle Style Awards

Cheryl attended to annual award show by Elle magazine to pick up the award for “Artist of The Year” in a long red Alexander McQueen dress.

The BRIT Awards

Although Cheryl didn’t win either awards for Best British Single or Best Female, Cheryl presented an award to Rihanna for Best International Female, the priceless moment of them both dancing and on-stage spark sent fanbases of both wild, forgetting that Cheryl lost out on 2 awards. Cheryl and Rihanna have both expressed great enthusiasm in working together.

The Cheryl Cole Foundation

Cheryl and The Prince’s Trust came together to launch her very own charity. The Northern based charity helps disadvantaged and unemployed young people.

Cheryl announced as a judge on The X Factor USA

After months and months of media and public speculation, will she, won’t she, will she, won’t s-? She was finally announced as a judge on the much hyped up American version of Simon Cowell’s X Factor. Cheryl showed up to the first audition in Los Angeles in an outfit and hairstyle that caused quite a stir back in Britain.

Cannes Film Festival

As a L’Oreal spokesmodel, Cheryl arrived in Cannes to promote the brand and attened the Habemus Papam premiere in a dress with a dangerously low neckline and a fancy pair of gold…well, pears.

Fox Network Upfronts 2011

Cheryl and the cast of X Factor flew to New York to promote the show at the Fox Upfronts, where Cheryl matched her new friend Paula Abdul in a red dress, having her first taste of US media.

The X Factor Chicago Auditions + US X Factor Exit

Cheryl flew to her second set of auditions which was also her last. Days after the auditions, news broke out Cheryl has been fired from the show and replaced by Nicole Scherzinger. After a week of speculation, it was finally confirmed as Cheryl’s position was officially replaced and the truth behind the exit came out.

The Comeback Kid

Blondes have more fun right? Cheryl emerged in public for the very first time being photographed since her exit from US X Factor with a new do. Her hair was blonde and cut into a slanted bob.

Cheryl Turns 28

Cheryl threw her 28th birthday party at the London Sanderson Hotel officially showcasing her new hairstyle in all its’ glory. Girls Aloud bandmates Nicola and Kimberley were there, the entire gang of Black Eyed Peas as well as new X Factor judge Tulisa were also there to celebrate Cheryl’s birthday.

Cheryl lands cameo role in “What To Expect When You’re Expecting”

Seems like more good things came out for Cheryl than bad after the X Factor ganza, she was confirmed to make a cameo appearance alongside Cameron Diaz, Jennifer Lopez and a large A List esemble cast in “What To Expect When You’re Expecting”. Cheryl filmed her scenes with Cameron Diaz in August which also marked her Twitter debut with Cameron Diaz jokingly hijacking her account saying: “Happy birthday Cameron, you sexy beeeyyaatchh… X”

Cheryl serves troops in Afghanistan

Cheryl took a brave trip to Afghanistan for the Pride of Britain Awards, she presented the soldiers with a special award while going through the whole experience, aswell as serving the soldiers on the plane with meals, she also went under simulated training, handling real guns and performed first aid on soldiers.

Cheryl collaborates with StylistPick

It was announced Cheryl would collaborate with a new style/fashion website StylistPick to design her very own shoe collection. Cheryl attended the launch party in London with hair so big that she would describe as “the bigger the hair, the closer to heaven.”

Cheryl supports Kimberley Walsh at Shrek The Musical

Cheryl attended the opening night of Kimberley’s West End debut as Princess Fiona in Shrek The Musical. Showing her bestfriend and bandmate full support, she and Nicola Roberts danced, laughed and cried through the show where also a theatre full of Girls Aloud fans turned up to show their support.

Cheryl launches StylistPick shoe collection

Cheryl finally launched the anticipated shoe collection she designed at the beginning of December on StylistPick, to promote the collection, Cheryl returned t magazine shelves as she graced the cover of InStyle and Grazia.
