I'm Charlie, I've started this website on my own to support Cheryl, I've been a fan of Girls Aloud since 2005 and was always drawn onto one particular member and that was Cheryl, the fansite is part of me showing my fan support and to give other fans the best source to news and pictures.

I'm 20, living in London and currently a student studying for art foundation and looking to go pursue a career in the creative arts or media area.

Today is the nineth anniversary since Girls Aloud were formed on Popstars: The Rivals. Next year will of course be the highly anticipated tenth year. Seems just like yesterday Cheryl, Nicola, Nadine, Kimberley and Sarah’s names were announced to form the band, time flies!

Check out an adorable picture Nicola Roberts tweeted of her girls night in with Cheryl, Kimberley and Sarah!

@cherylcole: Love my girlies <3

Kimberley Walsh has revealed in a recent magazine interview that Girls Aloud will return in 2012 for a tour!

I’d like to do more acting, but, to be honest, being in the band has surpassed everything I ever dreamed of doing with my life. The girls will have been together for ten years next year and that’s definitely going to be celebrated with a tour. I can’t say any more until next year – but I’m really looking forward to it.

Quoted from Zest magazine.

We can hardly wait!

Nadine Coyle has insisted that she and the rest of her Girls Aloud band members will reunite for the band’s tenth anniversary next year.

The singer – who recently said that she is prepared to “work hard” to have a successful solo career in the US – explained that the group have already discussed getting back together in 2012.

She told internet radio host Dean Kelly: “We always discuss doing a ten-year reunion thing. So that’s going to be next year.

“We’re definitely going to do something. But it’s a whole huge production. Girls Aloud is not just us five, there’s, like, us five plus a ridiculous team of 50 who travel with us, it’s amazing.”

The band’s manager Hilary Shaw has also confirmed that the five-piece will come together next year.

She explained: “Everybody wants them to make a comeback and it will be next year. Well, it is their tenth anniversary so there will be something.”

Shaw admitted that a new studio album is unlikely, but said the girls are “getting on great”.

She added: “They speak all the time, and that includes Cheryl [Cole] and Nadine [Coyle] with the other girls. Cheryl is keen to get back with the girls and is planning something which could be a one-off or some gigs.”

Cheryl Cole will recover from her US ‘X Factor’ heartbreak by reuniting with Girls Aloud.

The British pop star – who was dumped from the judging panel of the pop star search show last week – has decided to put the incident behind her, resurrect the on-hiatus group and focus on arranging a tour with her bandmates Sarah Harding, Nicola Roberts, Kimberley Walsh and Nadine Coyle, according to Cheryl’s former UK ‘X Factor’ co-star Louis Walsh.

Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz at the Wonderland launch at the Wyld Bar at the W Hotel, London, he said: “I’ve been on the phone to Cheryl all day, honestly I can show you texts, she’s fine. She’s getting back with Girls Aloud in 2012 and they’re going to tour.”

Cheryl’s decision to reunite with Girls Aloud comes after it was revealed she decided not to return to the UK version of the show and both she and the other female judge Dannii Minogue were replaced by Tulisa Contostavlos and Kelly Rowland.

A source said: “She just isn’t in the right state of mind at the moment to go headfirst into a new show.

“She’s all over the place, emotionally she’s very fragile. Starting filming on Wednesday would be far too soon.”

Girls Aloud will return in 2012 to mark their tenth anniversary, it has been confirmed.

Contrary to reports suggesting that the band would reunite as a four-piece without Cheryl Cole, their manager Hilary Shaw has announced that all five girls will perform together next year.

However, Shaw ruled out the prospect of new material from the band as they are all busy working on separate solo projects, MTV reports.

“Everybody wants them to make a comeback and it will be next year,” she said. “Well, it is their 10th anniversary so there will be something.”

Dismissing rumours of in-band feuds, she added: “The girls are still getting on great, they speak all the time, and that includes Cheryl and Nadine [Coyle] with the other girls. Cheryl is keen to get back with the girls and is planning something which could be a one-off or some gigs.”

Previous reports have suggested that Girls Aloud are planning a 2012 world tour.

Nicola Roberts is currently working on solo material, while Sarah Harding continues with her acting career.

Cole – widely tipped to be a judge on The X Factor USA – and Coyle have already released solo albums, while Kimberley Walsh has moved into television presenting and is rumoured to be the new Xtra Factor host.

There is absolutely no backup that Hilary actually said this so again, take this with a pinch of salt.

Sarah Harding and Cheryl Cole

Good news for Girls Aloud fans – Sarah Harding reckons the mighty girl-band will be back next year.

The five-piece have been on a break since 2009, but promised they’ll reunite.

Sarah, 29, told me: “It won’t be this year, now but we’re all talking and hopefully it will be next year.

“We’ve all been talking but I’m not sure what Cheryl is up to.”

Meanwhile, Sarah is considering wedding in the sun when she ties the knot with DJ boyfriend Tom Crane, 31. She said: “I think I want something cooler than a big white wedding, like in Ibiza.”
