 Selena Gomez, our BIG celeb Cheryl stan have been donning Cheryl’s de Grisogono Promise ring yesterday on her day out in London, proudly presenting it by holding up her hand like she just got engaged, Selena tweeted again today with a picture of her wearing the ring. She also tweeted: “Still in complete shock that I met my idol….. :)” and “Pro<3ise This :) http://twitpic.com/2tpgjq”. Glad you got to meet Cheryl on Wednesday night Selena!  Cheryl launched her ring collection called “Promise” last night at the de Grisogono launch party at Nobu restaurant London, a design collaboration with creative jeweller Fawaz Gruosi, founder of de Grisogono. The ring combines design chic with fashion flair and the first model from this exclusive line marks the release of Cheryl Cole’s new single, “Promise This”. The ring is designed to be worn on the little finger and features the subtle warmth of rose gold and the strength of blackened silver, delicately cut spelling the word “Promise”.  It seems everything that Cheryl Cole touches turns to gold and now the singer is reportedly designing a range of rings for posh jewellers De Grisogono. According to The Sun, the Girls Aloud star’s range will be called Promise, after her fourth solo single Promise This. However, before all you Chezza fans rush to the shops to buy the flashy rings, they will reportedly be the ‘top-end’ of the Geneva-based brand and will not come cheap. The X Factor judge was hired by the firm to design jewellery after she performed at a party for them in Cannes where the Fight For This Love singer reportedly received a cool £250,000 for the gig. Chezza has also been spotted wearing the company’s pieces on numerous occasions and is said to have been given free jewellery as part of her new deal with them. Cole, who is gearing up to release Promise This, the first single from her eagerly awaited second LP in October was also seen in images from the songs promo yesterday which showed Cheryl dressed as a ballerina. Singer, dancer, judge and now designer…is there anything Cheryl Cole can’t do? |
