I'm Charlie, I've started this website on my own to support Cheryl, I've been a fan of Girls Aloud since 2005 and was always drawn onto one particular member and that was Cheryl, the fansite is part of me showing my fan support and to give other fans the best source to news and pictures.
I'm 22, living in London and currently a student studying photography and looking to pursue a career in the music industry as a music photographer.
Cheryl Cole is determined her solo comeback will be one to Rih-member… The 28-year-old’s next album, due out in March, will include a duet with Bajan superstar Rihanna.
The pair really hit it off when Cheryl went to see Rihanna’s sell-out Loud tour at the O2 in London last month.
And when the Umbrella singer returns to London for next month’s awards season they will meet up to work on the as-yet-untitled song, which is expected to be on Cheryl’s upcoming album.
My source tells me: “It’s a big year for Cheryl. She can’t wait for her little soldiers to hear the music she’s been passionately working on over the past 12 months.
“She has struck up a friendship with Rihanna, who recently duetted with Brit star Calvin Harris.
“Rihanna thinks the world of Cheryl and will work on a party remix with her when they meet up on her next visit.
“The album fuses pop, hip hop, soul and dance. It already has some party anthems on it but Rihanna’s would get everyone up on their feet.”
Cheryl assembled quite a team to work on her new album. As well as hit-making manager Will.i.am, there’s producer/songwriters Taley Riley, Taio Cruz, Alex Da Kid and Patrizio Pigliapoco. And now Rihanna.
That particular collaboration should be a hoot. The last time they got together, RiRi had a champagne shower – 12 bottles of £300-a-pop Armand de Brignac champers poured over her – to celebrate the end of her mammoth tour.
Afterwards, Cheryl tweeted: “Congratulations on completing your tour @rihanna. Have an amazing Christmas, well deserved break and another amazing year! #illdrinktothat X”
Returning the girlie-crush love-in, RiRi replied: “U are a sweetheart! Really!!! Thank you.”
This is all rumors still, slow news month so it’s something nice to read about, would love it if this becomes true!
According to Marie Claire UK, Cheryl had secured a deal to duet with Rihanna. How true is this? We don’t know, take it with a pinch of salt, but we’d hate to not see it happen since there has been hype building about a Cheryl/Rih duet for over a year and they both want it just as much as the fans!
Make it happen!
It’s no secret Rihanna and Cheryl Cole are keen to collaborate – both stars have previously praised each other and revealed their hopes to work together in the future.
But now it’s reported RiRi is wanting to get the Promise This singer in the studio as soon as possible, as she’s such a big fan of the brunette beauty.
“Rihanna called Cheryl and told her she’s going to call on all her contacts and they should do their planned duet sooner rather than later,” says an insider.
“What’s more, she reckons Cheryl should face the music and come to stay with her in L.A,” the source adds to Look magazine. “She’s determined to give her the amazing American experience she should have had all along.”
The news comes a few weeks after Chezza’s close friend will.i.am revealed she is in talks to collaborate with Ri, Katy Perry and Black Eyed Peas on new songs for her US album.
Cheryl Cole‘s team are trying to land the singer a number of A-List collaborations for her debut US album ahead of her appearance on the American X Factor.
The Girls Aloud star who looks certain to judge on the US talent show has already released two albums in the UK but her management want to put together a new album which would help launch her music career in the country.
The album will feature new songs and the best tracks from her two UK albums “3 Words” and “Messy Little Raindrops” with some being revamped to appeal to the US market according to sources.
An insider said: “Cheryl’s management want her to become the next big popstar in America and are working on securing some A-List names for the album.
“A Rihanna duet is a certainty and will.i.am is trying to convince Minaj to work on the LP too. Katy Perry has also been in talks with Cheryl about a duet as she is a big fan.”
The insider added that Cheryl is “desperate” to work with Beyonce and Britney Spears too but knows that a collaboration with both superstars would “take a long time to achieve”.
The album will also feature a few of her tracks with Black Eyed Peas will.i.am who she is good friends with as well as her collaboration with Travie McCoy, it is believed.
Take this with a pinch of salt! As there are some serious lack of decent news, this is the only thing worth posting that’s anywhere near exciting. But as long as we get that Rihanna collab than I’m all set.

Check out a tweet posted by Rihanna straight after the BRITs fangurling for our girl Chez saying “Can Cheryl Cole NOT be so yummy??? Just ONCE!!!” Cheryl needs to see this! I’m SO glad we finally got pictures of Cheryl and Rihanna together after these past 2 years.
Cheryl presented the Best International Female to Rihanna. Check out the pictures of the adorable fangurl-worthy moment as Cheryl danced with Rihanna, gave her the award and hugged. They were also seen whispering in the audience, where’s that duet Chez and Ri? Click below to view images in the gallery:

Over the last week Rihanna struck up a strong friendship with X Factor judge Cheryl Cole. They had met before but only swapped numbers on the show last week after Rihanna performed her new single Only Girl (In The World) which went to No1 yesterday.
She said: “It was crazy, we have a mutual friend, so he was in my dressing room at The X Factor and I said I would love to do a song with Cheryl Cole. He told me she just said exactly that next door, so I said to give her my number. He went to her dressing room and now we’re going to start talking about that.
“It seems like it’s something my fans really want, and also something that’s so not typical for me to do, work with another person who’s in the same genre as me, so I think it’ll be amazing.
“Cheryl Cole is the s***, not only that she’s f****** hot. It really put into perspective how well my new song is taking off because Cheryl Cole is ‘it’, she is The X Factor. Everybody wants to be on that level.”
It’s not just Cheryl Cole she admires here. She spends any precious time she has in her hotel room, tuned into British music.
Rihanna added: “I have always wanted to work with Depeche Mode but there are a lot of newer artists coming out here that I really appreciate, like Ellie Goulding. Her voice is unbelievable. Even if she just writes for me, I want to work with her somehow. I appreciate her art, she’s one of a kind, nobody does what she does.
“When I’m here I just put the music channels on all day long so I can see what’s happening, what I like. That’s how I found out about Amy Winehouse before she came to America. And La Roux, I love her.”
Rihanna might only be 22, but her fifth album, Loud, is shaping up to be another No1. In the UK alone she has sold more than two million copies of her last two releases Rated R and Good Girl Gone Bad.

While Cheryl Cole may not be a visible pop-culture force in America, she’s a household name in Europe. In fact, across the pond, she’s an even bigger brand than, well, Rihanna.
“She’s the ‘it’ girl. Like, she’s it [in the U.K.],” Rihanna gushed when she sat down with MTV News’ Sway last week.
Selena Gomez, who’s been spending quite a bit of time in Europe lately promoting her album, has also lauded the “X Factor” judge and former Girls Aloud member. But with Rihanna, who has frequently commented on her fondness for Cheryl Cole over the past two years, some might say the professional respect runs a bit deeper.
Rihanna is back on top of the charts with her latest single, “Only Girl (In the World),” and her feature on Eminem’s “Love the Way You Lie.” And Cheryl Cole’s “Promise This” just took the #1 spot (from Rihanna, we might add) on the Billboard U.K. chart. But for both Rihanna and Cole, their current pop-music reigns come after hyper-publicized personal struggles. Rihanna was assaulted by then-boyfriend Chris Brown in February 2009, and Cole recently endured a messy divorce from soccer player Ashley Cole after she caught him cheating on her.
With their similar career trajectories, it’s no wonder the mere mention of Cole brings a smile to Rihanna’s face.
“She’s, like, my female crush, Cheryl Cole,” Rihanna said. “I mean, if you’ve ever seen her, she’s like the most beautiful woman ever put together. I’m still upset about that!” Rihanna joked.
Cole has recently said that she plans to collaborate with Rihanna next year, and Rihanna was very enthusiastic about Cheryl’s musical style.
“She makes pop music, but not the typical pop sound, and she actually has all these different flavors,” Rihanna said. “She’s a great dancer, so she’s bringing in all these elements of all these different types of technical dance into her videos, but they also make sense with the sound of the songs. I can’t really explain her sound. It’s not R&B, but it’s not dance/pop. It’s just really good!”
LOL at whoever wrote the commentaries on the above article apart from the quotes, “former Girls Aloud member”, please.
Cheryl Ann Tweedy Cole is a British pop singer. First came out to the scene when she won a singing competition Popstars: The Rivals forming a girl group Girls Aloud.
